Firstly I would like to Thank you for your continued patience and patronage throughout the last few months.  As you will be aware we are seeing continued unavoidable delays from our shipping partners. 

We are regularly talking with our shipping partners to minimize disruption. Don't worry, even if these issues are beyond our control--Empire staff is doing everything they can to make sure your order arrives as fast as possible.
