Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

#1: Damages and Issues 

>Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

There are 2 ways to solve the problem, you may choose which path you would want to move forward with:

 

Solution #1: Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the appropriate item immediately to your home. 


Solution #2: Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

#2: Change of Mind

Empire Book Store will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Shipping Cost & Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense 

 

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and returned back to you to your account. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

 

Empire Book Store will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
